Mr. Jeremy Gill

Broker / C.E.O
Jeremy is a Real Estate Entrepreneur who is trained, motivated and result oriented. He has also built a solid and successful career in Engineering and Construction. This combined experience has given him a unique perspective of the Real Estate Industry and a pragmatic approach to achieving customer satisfaction. Whether you are selling your home or looking to buy a new one, Jeremy believes in putting the needs of his clients first, getting the desired outcomes and most importantly, doing it right the first time. He is passionate about real estate, building life long relationships and helping to change peoples lives for the better.

Mrs. Melanie Gill

Vice President / Sales & Marketing
Melanie Gill is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She is responsible for developing the strategic plan for the sales and marketing division which will be used to promote growth and customer satisfaction. Melanie grew up in Mayaro in a single parent household. After loosing their home to fire, she was actively involved in helping her family run a successful business and this has shaped her into the person she is today. With dedication, hard work and persistence she graduated from college and started a career in banking while pursuing studies in business management and information technology. Her passion for sales and marketing and an entrepreneurial mindset has led her to start and manage her own successful small business all while working in the bank. Melanie brings to the Company eleven years of banking experience and a unique blend of expertise, customer service skills, financial knowledge, critical thinking, professionalism, energy and creativity. Outside of work she enjoys agriculture and reaping the fruits of her labor. Her love for growing her own food and green thumb has made her a winner in B.P.T.T.’s community garden competition for three consecutive years. Her Philosophy is love what you do, believe in yourself and be ready for opportunity. Melanie embraced the opportunity and is highly trained in Real Estate from experts in the industry. With this training she is ready to help other achieve their dreams.
